Ingredients for 1
4 pounds of wings and drum stick. I suggest getting the whole wings and breaking them apart. A lot cheaper
Cooking oil Such as canola oil or peanut oil
Find a jar of your favorite spices mix for wings or chicken
Two vacuum seal bags or ziplock bags
Wings sauce
Hot sauce
Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.

Cover wings with spices

Separate the wings from the drumsticks and put each in their own vacuum sealed bag

Place the vacuum sealed bags in the Sous Vide

Prep Dutch oven or cast iron pan for frying oil. You will need the oil to be 375 f temp

Take wings out of the Sous Vide and cut out of bag. Take a temperature and they will be around 140. Be careful, the chicken is still raw at this point

Pat dry with paper towel

Cooking in oil for 3 mins. I did this in 4 batches

Take half the wings and toss in your favorite wing sauce. I used stubs bbq sweet heat
