Ingredients for 2

  • McCormick Montreal Chicken Grill Mates Seasoning

  • Worcestershire

  • Mozzarella and Sharp Cheddar

  • BBQ sauce of choice. I prefer Blues Hog Original

  • Bacon option

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 150ºF / 65.6ºC

  • Step 2

    Pre-season chicken prior. Let cook for 1 hour then lightly blot dry with napkin so you don’t remove a lot of the seasoning.

    • Smokey Mountain BBQ Chicken

    • Step 0

      Heat non-stick pan with Olive Oil . Sear and baste chicken with BBQ sauce of choice. DO NOT cook chicken for a prolonged amount of time.

    • Step 1

      Smother chicken with cheeses and let melt for just a min or so. Turn off heat and cover

    • Step 2

      Optional: Bacon layered after basting with BBQ sauce before adding cheese
