  • Quart bags

  • 1-2 chicken breast (per bag)

  • 1 tbs salt (per bag)

  • 1 tbs pepper (per bag)

  • 2 tbs olive oil (per bag)

Directions

  • Step 1

    Put olive oil, salt, and pepper into as many bags as needed.

  • Step 2

    Add thawed chicken Breast to bags then put into water bath.

  • Step 3

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 146.5ºF / 63.6ºC.

  • Step 4

    Cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes
