Truffle oil or olive oil
Steak seasoning
1 Tbs oil for finishing

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 132.0ºF / 55.6ºC.

Coat steak with truffle oil or olive oil and season both sides with steak seasoning. Place in vacuum bag or zip top bag and place in sous vide container for 90 - 120minutes.

When finished, remove from bag and pat dry. Add a little more seasoning before you put it into the pan for finishing.

I put a cast iron pan on the grill with a little olive oil. Get it hot. Grill on the first side for 1-2 minutes. Flip and cook the other side. You can see if it’s charred enough.
