Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.2ºC.

  • Step 2

    Take lamb out of package, rinse with cold water. Season, vacuum pack.

  • Step 3

    Add to sous vide container when ready to cook.
