Ingredients for 1

  • Boneless short ribs

  • Tonton Ginger Japanese Dressing and Marinade

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp black pepper

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 138.0ºF / 58.9ºC.

  • Step 2

    Season ribs with salt and pepper

  • Step 3

    Add enough marinade to bad to coat ribs

    • Smoker/Grill

    • Step 0

      Grill using indirect heat for 30 minutes with some smoke from your favorite wood

    • Step 1

      Sear over coals after brushing with additional marinade to finish the ribs
