1 3/4 to 2 lb boneless ribeye steak
Course salt
Fresh ground black pepper
Garlic powder

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135ºF / 57.2ºC

Allow water to come up to temperature

Step 3
Season steaks and put them in the bag

Place bag under the water for 2 hours and wait!

I Prefer To Finish My Steaks In A Ripping Hot Non Stick Pan With Olive Oil And Fresh Crushed Garlic

Crush some fresh cloves of garlic and add them to the pan after oil comes up to temperature

Add your steaks and get a good golden brown sear on all sides making sure you get the fat nice and crispy
