Ingredients for 2

  • 1 3/4 to 2 lb boneless ribeye steak

  • Course salt

  • Fresh ground black pepper

  • Garlic powder

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135ºF / 57.2ºC

  • Step 2

    Allow water to come up to temperature

  • Step 3

    Season steaks and put them in the bag

  • Step 4

    Place bag under the water for 2 hours and wait!

    • I Prefer To Finish My Steaks In A Ripping Hot Non Stick Pan With Olive Oil And Fresh Crushed Garlic

    • Step 0

      Crush some fresh cloves of garlic and add them to the pan after oil comes up to temperature

    • Step 1

      Add your steaks and get a good golden brown sear on all sides making sure you get the fat nice and crispy

    • Step 2

      Remove steaks from pan and plate up and get ready to enjoy
