Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 134.0ºF / 56.7ºC.

Heat up cast iron skillet with olive oil. 30 second a side fir searing then add butter. Save juices from bag in a bowl. Sear sides of steak for 30 seconds and sear main sides of steak for 30seconds. Take steaks out and put on a clean plate. Pour juice from bowl into the skillet. Pour over steaks.
