  • Medium onion 1/4 inch slices

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 160.0ºF / 71.1ºC.

  • Step 2

    Set anova to 150.0F

  • Step 3

    Season

  • Step 4

    Place in bag putting onion slices on top of ribs seal bag

  • Step 5

    Let cook at 150.0 degrees for 13 hours then raise temp. to 160 and let cook for 3 more hours

    • Torch

    • Step 0

      Take out of water

    • Step 1

      Take out of bag pat dry

    • Step 2

      Torch and serve
