Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 160ºF / 71.1ºC

  • Step 2

    Salt and pepper thighs

  • Step 3

    Brown in pan

  • Step 4

    Place in air tight bag

  • Step 5

    Cook 1.5 hours

  • Step 6

    Remove from pan and put on hot grill to brown with barbecue sauce.
