Ingredients for 1

  • Fresh bushel of Asparagus

  • 1-2 oz of vegetable or olive oil

  • Garlic powder

  • Seasoning of choice, I used a garden seasoning

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 185ºF / 85.0ºC

  • Step 2

    Coat asparagus with vegetable/olive oil

  • Step 3

    Season with garlic powder and seasoning of choice on both sides

  • Step 4

    Place in vacuum sealed bag and cook for 14 minutes

      Enjoy now or let cool off and place in refrigerator until you’re ready to cook the main course, for me when my main course is done in the Anova i turn the temperature to 150 degrees and let it sit in there to warm it up while i sear my steak/salmon/ahi tuna whatever my main course is and then i remove the asparagus cut it from the package and dinner is served
