  • Soya sauce

  • Fish sauce

  • Oil

  • Green oignons

  • Shrirasha hot chili sauce

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 100.0ºF / 37.8ºC.

  • Step 2

    I started mine while they were still a little bit frozen in tab cold water

  • Step 3

    I ket’it for about two hours and a half at 100.0 then put it at 115.0 degrees for 30 minutes

      Stir in a stripped stove and enjoy
