  • Olive oil

  • Garlic 6-cloves

  • Montreal Steak Seasoning

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 131.0ºF / 55.0ºC.

  • Step 2

    Rub Tri-Tip with olive oil.

  • Step 3

    Chop garlic

  • Step 4

    Rub Montreal steak seasoning and garlic on to the Tri-Tip.

  • Step 5

    Seal Tri-Tip into sealed plastic bag or heat seal.

  • Step 6

    Place meat into the water. Let cook for 5-hours at 131’

      Cook meat on hot grill or pan 2-minutes per side or until the color is to your liking
